What’s the time commitment?

Our apprenticeship model is designed to be flexible and low-lift for businesses. Most apprenticeships range from 10 to 20 hours per week, depending on your business needs. We recommend a weekly check-in and light oversight to ensure alignment, but the goal is to free up your time while still getting meaningful support from a capable apprentice.

Every apprentice goes through a rigorous multi-step vetting process. This includes skill assessments, video interviews, reference checks, and soft skill evaluations. We specifically look for candidates who are proactive, reliable, and eager to grow. Only the top 5% of applicants are matched with businesses.

Absolutely. In fact, many of our businesses choose to bring their apprentice on board full-time after a successful apprenticeship. There are no hiring fees, and we fully support transitions into permanent roles—it’s a win-win for both sides when there’s a great fit.

Apprentices can support a wide range of tasks depending on their skill set and your business needs. Common areas include marketing, social media management, sales support, operations, customer service, research, and admin work. We work with you to define a scope that adds real value and helps lighten your load.
